Friday Night Dinner: What to do with that french country loaf

I’m here with just a quick post on a recipe I really enjoyed.  There was a loaf of 2-day old french country bread sitting on my counter.  What to do . . . what to do . . . aaaah, savory bread pudding.  I was seeking a recipe that used asparagus and sourdough bread and I happened upon a recipe for Savory Asparagus Bread Pudding from 101cookbooks.com.  Her recipes tend to veer towards the overly vegetarian-healthy side so I adjusted it and it turned out delicious!   Click here for the recipe.
